site maintenance will be charged at $40.00 per hour. When we say per hour we mean per hour.
We will only charge you an honest time-it-took-to-do-it rate.

After
the initial design of your Web site is completed and you are satisfied
with our work, all changes and additions will be subject to charge at
the maintenance rate in effect at the time of your original order,
currently $40.00 / hr. This
means that your maintenance rate will never go up!
You
May Qualify For an Additional Discount
If
you already have the content, text and graphics (logos, pictures, etc.),
in electronic format, you may qualify for a price reduction.
To qualify for an additional discount, your text must be in MS
Word or plain text format and your graphics in .gif, .jpg, or .tif
formats. If you meet the
above conditions you’ll receive a 5% discount per page you supply
the whole contents for.
Web Hosting Assistance
If you want us to help you find a Web
hosting provider and be the interface between your and them, we’ll do
it for a one time nominal fee of $15.00.
